The entrance is through 59 rue de Grenelle, green carriage gate, by ringing the intercom labeled "Security Guard". Wheelchairs are available upon request at the museum ticket office (in exchange for an ID).

No, strollers must be left at the cloakroom. Moving through exhibition spaces with a stroller is not permitted. Please bring a baby carrier if needed.

No. Tickets must be printed at home. They cannot be collected on-site on the day of your visit, and you cannot access the museum without these printed tickets. The order confirmation cannot under any circumstances serve as an entry ticket. You may also present your ticket on your smartphone. Our staff will be able to scan them.
